A Note on Our Selection Process
In response to recent shifts across the corporate landscape, where automated algorithms, automated screeners, and AI-driven candidate filtering have detached hiring from genuine human engagement, ELC Group and Crown Bridge explicitly reject the use of AI in our talent selection.
We believe that high-touch client governance, cultural empathy, and discretion can only be evaluated through direct, personal interaction.
If you possess the caliber, social refinement, and dedication required for these bespoke mandates, we invite you to bypass automated channels entirely.
